Just a reminder that there is a post-op meeting at CMC tonight in the Mill building on the ground floor in the Prime TIme room at 6:30.

Can anyone attend this meeting even though there surgery was in a different state? Also do you have to pre-register for the meeting?

I am not sure about Manchester, but anyone can attend any meeting in Portsmouth or Derry. there is no pre-registration at all.

Good to see you tonight. Monique and I rushed out to get to Target for Muscle Milk Light protein bars...yummy with 15 grams of protein...we also got Tea & water and Atkin Shakes for my coffee...
