Exercise Challenge March Week 3
Well it is officially SPRING . How has everyone done? It seems to have slowed down lately....so everyone let's get out there and move!
I went skiing Saturday at Loon, and it was fantastic. We had a great time. Between that, and dusting off my Wii Fit again, I did not do too bad. I had 315 mins last week. How about everyone else?

Hi All,
My minutes for last week were 255. I was suppose to go to the meeting last night. I laid down around 4:20 for a nap and told my daughter to get me up at 5:30. She never woke me up! I woke up at 7:30, saw what time it was and decided to just go back to bed. Woke up at 12:30 am and have been up ever since. I'll be lying down in a little while as I have to go to work tonight.
Counting down to Florida, we are leaving April 17, driiving down and spending Friday night in Del with in-laws. I don't sound anxious do I?
