FEBRUARY EXERCISE CHALLENGE WEEK 3
Through today, I've done 605 minutes for February total. It seems that on the weekends, when I should have the time to go to the gym, I don't ever make it there because I get caught up in all the other stuff that needs to be done at home. Lately, we've been working on renovating our bedroom and half bath, so that has taken up a lot of my free time. Hopefully, I'll make it to the gym this Saturday and do a good full weight workout. In the meantime, I'm trying to do at least 1/2 hour a day, either on the treadmill or something from On Demand.
