Had my 6 month post op visit today.

It went very well!  The only thing that I have to do differently is add 1 more B-12 which means go from 2X per week to 3.

According to their scale I am down 96lbs.  The nut. was amazed at how much I have lost. 

So, on I go.  Looking forward to the next 6 months!

I'm glad to hear that your appointment went so well.  At the rate you're going, do you realize that you could reach your goal before your next 6-month appointment?!??!?!

I'm just taking 1 day at a time.  It doesn't seem real to me that one day I will be at goal.  I'm going to post some updated pics.
