Hi Martha,

I did 240 minutes last week.  That's better than I was doing so I feel good about that.

Also, starting tomorrow, my cousins husband who is a personal trainer for some of the athletes at Colby-Sawyer College is coming to my house to train ME on Tue. and Thurs!  I'm very excited.  I'm kind of his "test" model because eventually he wants to start his own personal training business.  That will give me more minutes because most likely I will be working out 5 days/week.

that is awesome Lisa.  You will love working with a personal trainer.  I have contacted mine from years ago, and you would think I would send in the paperwork to start, but keep forgetting!!

Have fun with it.

I did 455 this week.  I have adjusted my schedule somewhat giving my self more time to workout and it has definately paid off.  Hopefully, I can keep it up.

Well I did not do close to what I wanted to do.  I have had a killer of a cold and having a hard time breathing because of my asthma.  But am feeling 100% better today and now I need to make up for time lost.

90mins this past week

This week will be much better!!

I had a good week. I did 330 minutes.
Lisa getting a personal trainer was the best thing I did. I love it. I woke up this morning pretty tired and thought O God I have to see Karen today but I went and had a great workout. She gets me going and keeps me honest. You'll enjoy it. Good luck.
