Silly starter i know...but i was having a reality check.  I know what my tool does for me...but what do i do for it to help my progress.  It restricts my intake, curbs my hunger...its wonderful!  But!  I haven't done much on my end!  Yes i've had great progress.  I just weighed in, and i have lost 100lbs as of today...in just 5 months, but i need to start doing more to make this a lifelong change.  My honeymoon period will be over before i know it.

I hope you all don't mind but i'm gonna use this as a place to hold myself accountable...check in with what I did for my tool...what i did for myself.

Yesterday and today I went to the gym for and hour...felt good...really good!
I've got all my water in both days
My protein is not too shabby...60grams each day

Thanks for letting me share :)

Hi Kris!

Congrats on 100lbs down!  How exciting.  I'm down 98.6lbs and Wed. will be my 6 month anniversary.

You can come here to post whatever you want.  If it makes you feel accountable, do it!

First, I don't think it was a silly starter...it is so true.  So many of us try and find ways to eat around the tool given us, and we don't think of it that way.  Good job.  Second, Congratulations on hitting the century mark.  What an accomplishment.

We will all help you to stay accountable.  I know everyone here helps me.

Keep up the good work.

I don't think this was silly at all.  At 15 months out, you gave me a new perspective, so thank you!  Congratulations on the 100 lb loss.  Feels great, doesn't it?  Keep up the hard work.  You're worth every effort you make for yourself.

Never a silly question.

Get into a good exercise routine.  Your body will start changing in some really great ways!
Be accountable for everything you put in your mouth.  Calories in... Calories out.
WATER!!!  I can't stress enough to hydrate.
Personally I feel like your protein is on the low end, but if you weight is coming off then you are fine.
100lbs is an awesome accomplishement!!!!
Keep up the good work!!!

Wow Kris, 100 pounds is fantastic!
Congrats and keep up the good work.
I've gotten so if I don't go to the gym, I feel off. I think that's a good thing..it keeps me going
and I never thought I'd feel that way. I'm so grateful that this is working...and I'm still pre-surgery!
