Calorie Info alert

Did you know that a typical quizno's sandwhich has over 700 calories!
Lately I've been looking up all the things I am tempted to eat and it certainly helps me make some healthy decisions!
One of my favorites used to be the 5 stack meat sandwhich on wheat bread. Large...it is 1140 calories!
I looked up a lot of DD drinks also after we discussed it in Jeff's class and whoa!
You can find anything on the internet. It'll keep ya focused!

I used to love Quizno's and Subway.  I have not gone there since my surgery.  I miss the honey mustard chicken salad and sub, but I know that it is way too much for me calorie wise. 

Isn't it amazing what you learn when you actually pay attention?

My 13 year old son won't go anywhere near McDonalds because he had a health class that covered exactly this topic.  They looked at calorie counts for burgers at local places.  Burger King is awful too, with that quad stacker they sell. 

What an awesome kid you have there.  You should be very proud.  It is hard to do that with all of the peer pressure.

Lol, well, sometimes I wish he was a little more of a rebel.  The kid is finishing 8th grade, and knows where he wants to go to college for Pete's sake!  I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up!!
