Hi....I'm new

Hello,

I've been lurking around this board for a while now and I finally decided to register and post.  I stumbled upon this site while researching WLS.  I am hoping to have surgery but I'm very early in my journey...I haven't even talked to my primary care physician about it yet.  I have an appointment on Monday and I'm going to the WLS information session at PRH on Wednesday.  I just wanted to pop in and say hello.  I've enjoyed browsing around this board, lots of good people here :)

Hello Holly.  I don't do much posting, but I read notes everyday.  this is a wonderful site for education and support.   Going through WLS has been a hugedecision and it is wonderful to communicate with people who truly know how you feel.  PAM

Hi Holly and welcome.  This will be a decision that you will never regret.  Definately go to the information session, because that is your very first step in the process. 

Let us know your thoughts after.  We can answer just about any question you have, and give you the support you need.

I wish you success with whatever decision you make!    I attended that information session as well and I found it very informative.  My advice is to get there early, when I went it was almost no seats left and a couple people stood.
