Just wondering what everyone does if you cannot sleep.  Right now (at 2:33 am) obviously I am on OH.  I also go to facebook, drink chamomile tea, or read.

My doctor suggested melatonin, which is available at wal mart.  I take two tablets half an hour before bed, and it really helps me sleep.  I've tried tylenol PM, but I always wake up groggy and that's no good!

I've also found that when I exercise enough every day, I sleep much better.  I have a really hard time falling asleep, and staying asleep.  Ugh!

You wake up groggy from Tylenol PM because the component that helps you be sleepy is BENADRYL, lol.  Does the same thing to me.

Sleep has always been a problem of mine.  I can't fall asleep and I am a very light sleeper.  I do take Tylenol PM occasionally when I want to sleep (like last night, I took half of 1 Tylenol PM.)  I slept like a baby (and DH slept downstairs because of his snoring.)  I have also tried the CVS brand of sleep aid and that works too.  If I wake up in the middle of the night, I just lay in bed and try to fall back asleep.

I have had a problem sleeping since I can remember.  I drink Sleepytime Extra Wellness Tea.  It has valeian in it which help me.  I also  use tyneol pm.  Some time I do some light Yoga, Meditate or Knit.  But everyone is different.  Hope you can get some sleep soon.

I have a prescription for Ambien, a very low dose, 5 mg.  It gets me to sleep.  I don't stay asleep all night on it, but if I wake up during the night, I can usually get back to sleep fairly quickly.

Normally I don't have a problem sleeping/  I normally take my requip for RLS and that does the trick.  As you can tell it is 237 am and I am not sleeping.  I normally watch tv for a little while, but tonight I ended up online at OH.  I also read when I cannot get to sleep.
