QOTD What do you wear for support?

As we get farther out, the skin kind of shrinks but mostly hangs around, right?  And the girls get a little "tired looking".

What have you found that supports you and works well, and where do you get it?

Well, luckily, my "girls" have always been small and continue to become smaller as I lose weight.  I really don't need extra support in that area.  My bra does just fine.  I do like to wear a Spanxlike cami that I got at Target to smooth out my upper half.  It just shows less rolls and bumps.  They sell them in both camis and bike short style as well as 1 piece.

Hum....my girls are beyond repair.  I just wear the best fitting mainly sports bras that are comfortable for me.  They have to be certain kind though, or I look like I have one big boob!!!

Well, over here in Shirleyland, we have come to a new understanding about the word "gravity".  It sucks!!!

That will be my next shopping trip to the mall, finding stuff to "haul it and hold it up".

Well, I used to like to be "well endowed", but now it really does suck.  I am actually hoping when I lose the weight, I will lose some of that also.  And really, really hope (which I doubt though) that I can excerise to hep firm them up.

I've noticed that since I've been focused on that particular area, things aren't firmer, but they "hang better", lol.

I still would do it all over again.  Before, my profile looked like I had three sets of "girls".  Now, there's only one! :o)

My girls have always been big and even with 135 lb wt loss- am still a DD.
Just an elongated version- if you get my drift.
I need major hardware to get them where they belong. I like the Balconette Bra at Lane Bryant. I used to buy them in a much larger size- now I have to order them on line since the store does not carry anything smaller than a 38.
I do not know what I will do if I get smaller than a 36DD, I LOVE that Bra!!!!
I also bought a Spanx for a special occasion dress- it really pulled things together and was surprisingly comfortable.

Nice to know the spanx are as good as I've heard.  I think I'm going to Lady Grace in Salem over the weekend to get some items from this line.

My problem is I went from a 44D to 34B, but a lot of the skin is still there. :o(  It's shrinking, but ugh!
