PRH Meeting last night

WOW what a crowd last night......Great job Rosemary, and your daughters are beautiful.

I agree with Martha! You did a wonderful job, and you have beautiful daughters. I spoke to them both briefly after the meeting, they were a delight.

Just curious, what do you guys do at this meeting?  Sounds like a lot of fun.

the general meeting we always have a bander and an RNYer speak and tell their story.  people waiting to have surgery come to that and ask questions... the rest of us vets just chit chat...

The other meeting is the Post op meeting.... first hour is everyone and we just introduce ourselves say how far out we are and what we had... then we toss around any concerns. 
the second half the banders have their own meeting and some of us RNYers have a "staying on track" group with the psychologist.

 

Does Jeff have to approve you to stay for the staying on track group or can you just stay?

I'll plan on staying too. I thought you had to be a certian amount of time post op. But honestly I've been hungry lately and it's a good idea that I go.
