What's the most complicated part of your life right now?

Mine is trying to juggle my real job with our business.  Trying to get taxes done, 1099's out, and meanwhile trying to do my own job effectively.  I hate tax time!!!

It also takes so much energy to make the right food choices when I don't have time to shop or think about what I am eating.  Trying very hard to stay on course.

I guess I'm frustrated with a lot in my life right now.

1.  I'm tired of thinking about what to eat, making the right choice and knowing if I'm going to feel ok (mentally & physically) after I eat it.
2.  Husband's snoring is BAD.  I can't get an uninturrupted night of sleep.
3.  I'm constipated most mornings.
4.  I'm tired of cooking.
5.  I'm tired of driving my kids around.
6.  I'm tired of making decisions.
7.  I'm tired of being broke and being grumpy because we're broke.

Thanks for letting me vent.  I think I need a vacation.

Right now I'd say just trying to find enough time in the day to get everything done. Sometime putting myself first is very difficult and when I do I feel bad and when I don't I feel bad about that too. It's complicated!

Thanks Martha.  I guess I'm just in a funk right now.  I need to pay attention to chewing my food very well.  I've been vomiting too much lately.  I wish sometimes I could just drink liquids instead of eat food.  Most days I could care less about food, then others I feel like I use to and want to eat an entire bag of chips.  I need to figure out a good medium between both of those I guess.  Anyway, thanks for listening!

I think mine is also trying to make the right choices in food. But I have to add being nausiated all the time kinda sucks.

Oh, then I will be doing everyones taxes and not be paid for it. Family takes way too much advantage of me.

Let's see, I could go on forever you know. This was a way loaded question...lol.

But I think the most complicated part of my life is my work. I work for a municipality and am not busy at all. And the job search is not going well either. I am really frustrated at this point.

Thanks for asking and have a super day!

Dawn

Life is good for me right now.  Having said that, I think it's the exercise.  I had a great routine going this past summer, walking outside at lunch or to/from work.  Now that it's cold and icy outside, I have to find other things to do every day that I can enjoy.  That has translated into time at the gym.  I did the gym all last winter and loved it, but now that I've had a taste of being outside, the gym has become somewhat of a drag.  I'm still doing that or walking on the dreadmill in my garage, but it's not the same, and I find myself stressing over what time I'll exercise or how much time I have to devote to exercise on any given day.  During the summer, it became second nature, and I never had to think about it.  (I wish I could snow shoe to work every day!)

Well, a week or so ago I would have said fitting exercise into my day.  Then, I was diagnosed with some back issues that make it IMPERATIVE I get to the gym every day, in addition to three times a week PT.  It's amazing, I go to the gym every day without any excuses, it's just what I have to do, and if we have to eat later, oh well.  This is one of the things I'm re-learning and Rosemary's talk last night just reinforced this.
