January Exercise Challenge Week 3
Hello ladies....Week three is in the books. Let's see how everyone did.
I actually kicked the exercise butt this week. 3 days at the gym, plus working out at home with Comcast On Demand. I even bought an exercise ball, and love it. I also had a blast at Cam's birthday party at Seacoast United running around with the kids on the soccer field for an hour. I can run and play Wohoo!!! I did 310 mins last week!!! Probably won't make my goal, but I did better.

My total for last week was 230 minutes. 585 is what I'm up to so far for the month. My total includes 3 days of Jazzercise and 1 of On Demand. I didn't count the 3+ hours I was on my feet yesterday at Ikea. That place is amazing!

We are all doing so great with the exercise! I did 300 minutes last week -- another great week for me. I'm glad because it seemed like I couldn't get it together in November and December. It must have just been the rush of the holidays. I'm glad to be back on track.
