Three things I'm grateful for today...How about you?

1.  The chance to get back on track.  I've been a little lax the last couple of weeks, which has taught me to always log my food and pay attention to what I'm doing.  Great lesson.

2.  My support groups and this forum.  They've helped me so much!

3.  My new found ability to speak up for myself which allowed me to set some limits on comments people have been making to me.  And the fact that my friends and family accept the limits I've requested.

1.  I am grateful that I had the courage to seek this surgery out for myself.

2.  That I have met such a great group of people, many that I have not "met" yet, but can talk to, cry, scream, yell, laugh, and cheer with.  I am truly honored and greatful for all of you.

3.  For the ability to recognize that I have eaten too much too fast!!! :-)
