Looking awesome on the treadmill last night....for an HOUR.  I was behind you, and I was watching the news, and all of a sudden you were gone.

Martha, I'm sorry I didn't see you!! On Wednesday I went at lunch time and ran into a friends father. I said hi and we chatted for a few minutes. Today I saw him again at the credit union and he got this funny look on his face - he asked me if it was me he saw at the gym. He didn't recognize me.  How cool is that!!

That is so cool.  You are going to get a lot more of that!!!! 

So you inspired me to run for an hour...today Im paying for it!!!   Yesterday I was at work bored off my skull...so i thought hell in my downtime today Im going to move on the treadmill... well an hour plus later and about 8 miles in i decided that boredom had to be better!!!!  Today I ache.... But its a good ache!!!    Thanks for getting me up off my butt yesterday girls!!!!

I am beside myself....I did something to my knee and can't bend it. I'm very nervous about not being able to exercise. I am going to take a few days off and see how it feels. I think I did it when I knelt down on it to play with Nate. I felt something but then it was ok. I went to the mall last night and it killed. It's worse this morning. What the heck.

Oh that just stinks.  Just rest and ice it.  You can always do the bike.  I did that right after knee surgery.  It is not the greatest workout, but it is moving.

You rock!  I've been slacking lately, and this is just the motivation I need to get off my saggy duff and get moving!  Thanks!
