ALL is a blurr, During these 3 months I was put threw the ringer on an emotional rollarcoaster like i never thought was possible. I didnt work out hardly, smoked freakin 2 packs a day and drank more than I have in 3 months than I have in years as I was dating "the Mike" and dealt with way 2 many head games...so i got a clear look at what was going on and said "eff this, im out and i will never be this blinded or let my feelings mask what / who is around me".

I'm just curious. Have you lost all of your weight and then put on 40 pounds or are they what's been left to lose right from the beginning? I'm just over a year out, and I'm deathly afraid of gaining the weight back. Anyway, you've taken the biggest step to getting on track as far as I'm concerned -- you're making yourself accountable. I say that because I wasn't accountable for all that I ate during the holidays last month. Luckily, I gained only 2 pounds and have since lost them, but I noticed that by not writing down everything that hit my lips, it made it easier to slip an extra bite or this or that in.

i managed 2 get as low as 170lbs and in a size 10 jeans over the summer HOWEVER with the carppy winter weather i creeped up 2 195lbs and size 14ish jeans...
I have not gone sky diving, i will next summer
I have zip lined, kayaked, rock climbed, mnt biked, been very scocial and about me.
2010 is gonna be my refocus on my health and weight....i have a few more weeks to ease in2 it, "here i go again on my own"
