NEW YEAR EXERCISE CHALLENGE
Well last month wasn't that great did not make goal. Am starting late this month, since I really haven't gone to the gym since the ice storm. Too many things going on and my son was on leave from the military, so I spent a lot of time with family when I wasn't working. Anyway to make a long reply short, put me down for 1000 and hopefully I'll be able to get to 1250, but I at least want to make goal this month.
Who is going to the meeting next Monday?
I want in for January. Put me down for 650 minutes. I know that's low for me, but I haven't been able to meet my goal for the last 2 (or was it 3?) months. Last week, I threw out my back, so I'm treating it gently right now and only doing a little walking. Aaaaaaaaaaargh! But I know the exercise is actually good for the back, so I'm trying to get on the treadmill. I don't see myself doing any weights until this thing is better though.

Yeah, I know I haven't posted much lately. We are being "timed" at work when we are on the Internet now, so I'm not on as much as I used to be, and getting on at home is kind of a pain cuz my computer is so slow. Anyway, I am so excited about this exercise challenge - so much participation. It's great! And btw, you can call me at work anytime. :)
