I'll set a goal of 800 minutes for January. My plan is to attend J 3x/week at a minimum and maybe do some On Demand workouts on the days I don't go to J.
I hope you're feeling better after your "accident" yesterday! Rest up and take some Tylenol.
We're off to the movies to see Bedtime Stories. Then a make-up basketball game at 6:00pm for my 9yo son.
