Not a good start :-(
Well my New Year did not get off to a great start. I was doing very well, helping DH build shelves in my den, organizing them, taking care of Cameron, (who woke us up every hour after 2:00 am New Year's Eve...after going to bed at 1:30 am 
). So Hubby stacked the three 12 foot shelves on the floor in the hallway to bring them out to cut in half for the remaining shelves. I gave Cam lunch, put him to bed, and came back down to clean up. Grabbed his bowl from the bar in the dining room, and proceeded to crash into the boards, and fall on my knees and elbows on the kitchen floor (Thank god I am 58 pounds lighter). Well needless to say, I was pretty useless for the rest of the day. I ended up calling the Dr. at about 5:00, because I was getting more and more nauseous, and in more and more pain. Ugh, was afraid I did something to my band. He didn't think it was band related. So I ended up taking an Adivan, and laying down. Well that helped tremendously, I was able to sleep, but this morning, I have bruises upon bruises, and looking for the Mack truck that ran over me, backed up, and ran over me again. I am hopefully making an appointment with my massage therapists to see if he can help.
So here is hoping for a better day....and thinking I will start my New Year over again.

I go to Ron Boucher (pronounced Bushee) at Therapeutic Massage Company in Dover. He is excellent. I started going in 2004 after our car accident. I have been going ever since. I recommend him to anyone.
I have an appointment with him tomorrow, so helpfully that will help. Today, I am just vegging, and finding a new bruise an hour!!
