It all started monday dec 22. My Pauline my wife left early from work to go to her 24 week check up at the ob doctor. I got a call around 5 saying she missed her apointment and they wanted to reschedual. I had heard on the radio when i went to pick our son up from grampies that there was a car accident on 93  north between 3 and 4. So i told them about the accident and that she was proably stuck in traffic.
About and hour and 1/2 later pauline calls me She was the wreck. Apparently a trctor trailer hit her enough to send her in to a skid into a snowbank and rock ledge. It took police and fire rescue 1 hour to get her out of the car buy cutting it upshe ended up sitting indian style under the dash with seat belt still attatched.. luckly she and the unborn baby were fine except for chip on anckle severly sprained anckle severly sprained knee fractured wrist several bumps bruses that keep coming out. The tractor trailer kept going lovely hit and run 3 days befor xmas.

I was able to bring her home that night though it was tough getting her in and out of the truck it is a good thing we live in an old camp that is one floor.

I took her to the ob on dec 24 and everything looks great.

She is home resting and will be for 4-6 weeks. It was hard for her the first 5 days I had to pick her up off the couch and toilet. and do somethings that she could not do herself in the bathroom. She is able to do most of it now.

Hopefully some day they will know who hit her so i can wring there neck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It made for a nice quiet x mas though cody helped mama open her presents. We stayed home and people came to us.

Wow, I am glad she is okay, and the baby is okay too.  I just don't get how people can hit you and then leave. Hopefully someone else saw the accident, and remembers the name on the truck.

Hope she continues to heal and rest.  Being laid up like that is no fun.

Glad that wife and baby are ok.  Get some rest yourself, I'm sure your nerves have been through a workout!  I hope they find the driver, lock 'em up and throw away the key!

Wow!  That's scary.  I'm glad to hear your wife & baby are ok.  Both of you need to rest up and be thankful for each other.
