water problems
Hi Kris,
I have a 32 ounce water bottle with a straw that I fill up and sip from. When it is gone I refill it. It goes everywhere with me. I really like the camel back bottles. This way, you get 64 ounces in with only two bottles. Having it around constantly is a good reminder for me.
Hope this helps.

I prob. don't get in enough water either, but I try to drink at least 1 Isopure protein drink every day and that is 20oz. Lately I have been more thirsty and I get ice water. Eventually you will be able to drink more than a sip at a time. I was kind of excited to finally be able to do that. I agree having a water bottle readily available at all times is a great tip.

I had the same problem at first. Wound up back in the hospital three days after coming home from dehydration. I keep a 32 oz Nalgene bottle with me at all times. My pants for work always have beltloops and I used to hook a carabiner on there and then hang the bottle. It's impossible to forget it this way! Also, try to stop saying "I just can't do it". I was saying the same thing those first few days and after I came home from the ER, I stopped saying that, because I realized it was just making it harder. You CAN do it, it just takes a little practice. Good Luck!!!
