Hubby set up the weight lifting station

So we were given this Weider workout station 7 years ago!!!! Hubby spent from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm setting it up...see we lost the instructions!!! But now I have a fully functioning weight lifting station in my basement. I also have a bench for free weights. I am so excited, especially since this is silly season at the gym, and I will be able to lift at home now!!!

I am also looking for a bicycle trainer so I can set up my bike as a stationary bike. I still plan on going to the gym, but this will be nice on the days I can't make it.

That's great. It is very helpful to be able to exercise at home. Yesterday we left my daughters house in Ma around 4. I had every intention to stop at the gym but needless to say did not. Around 7 last night I felt energetic and hopped on the treadmil for 45 minutes.
