MERRY CHRISTMAS..AND HAPPY NEW YEAR

I just wanted to send best wishes to all of my OH friends out there for a happy, safe and healthy Christmas and New Year.  I know that this Christmas is going to be one of my best yet, because I am in the best place physically and mentally that I have been in a very long time.  I am truly grateful to all of the people who have made this possible for me, and I have supported me through this year.  My family means everything to me, and I am so thankful that I was strong enough to take the steps to be around a lot longer to share in their goals, dreams, and accomplishments.

A special wish and thank you to my OH family.  I could not have gotten to where I am without you all.  I am truly blessed.

A very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. The best present I could have received was reaching my goal weight this morning (yeah!) and meeting you all in the support groups.

Here's to a healthier lifestyle, more energy, and more shopping for clothes. It certainly can't get any better than that!

Yes, it is awesome Shirley. It didn't help that I was sick for the first two months after surgery though.  But things are getting better.
