Post Op visit

Today I had my post op visit...and I have lost 11 lbs since surgery ! ! I am sooo excited and thrilled. I was just at the point, that I was getting hungry quickly on my liquids, and I can now start moist/mushies ! I have to say, I am very pleased at my progress, and am thankful of everyone here on OH that is a source of great inspiration, ideas, and support. I only hope I will succeed to be a help to all the other newbies out there.
