If you see Jacquie as her if she does RMR testing.. Resting metabolic Rate.  Ive been trying to find a gym that does it but no luck so far!!  Just curious what my caloric intake should be to maintain and not get out of bed

Yup, she has a machine that does that.  The cost is $49., you have to be fasting and she prefers to do them in the morning, for obvious reasons.  Give her a buzz.
