EXERCISE CHALLENGE DECEMBER
Hi everyone, how was your first week of December. I did not get a chance to go to the gym much this week, but I still did Wii fit and walked as much as possible. Boy I can tell the difference in the scale without going to the gym!! I did 125 this week. Better next week!!

Funny how you say the scale moves slower when you don't get to the gym. Some of the people at the last support group mentioned that as well. Good job getting out there and doing 125 minutes!
I did 180 minutes last week. 3 days of Jazzercise. Not great, but better than nothing. As long as I get 3 days in I'm good. Hopefully when the kids are on vacation, I can go to the earlier class (like the instructor better on Tue/Thurs) and meet my goal.

I did 180 minutes last week. 3 days of Jazzercise. Not great, but better than nothing. As long as I get 3 days in I'm good. Hopefully when the kids are on vacation, I can go to the earlier class (like the instructor better on Tue/Thurs) and meet my goal.

Well, I did 0 minutes last week !!! I caught a cold just before Thanksgiving and didn't feel up to exercising while I had it. Of course, the cold is gone now so there really was no excuse not to get at least a little exercise in last week. But, I got up this morning and forced myself to do something for a half hour. Funny, I never like to miss exercise, but after not doing it for over a week, I had to talk myself into starting back up -- doesn't take long for those old habits to rear their ugly heads!

I did 300 for last week. I love the gym but did not get there the 5 days like I wanted to.
This week isn't starting out great either. Had an incident at 6 o'clock this morning. Kept me running around until almost 8 then a meeting with admin for another 20 minutes. By the time I was done I was just ready to go home. Hopefully will get back on track tomorrow. I alternate between 3 hours and 2 hours at the gym each day. 3 hour days are strength training, water aerobics and then floor aerobics. 2 hour days are water aerobics and floor aerobics. The classes are really fun as are the instructors. I miss it when I don't go.
Hoping to make the meeting on the 22nd, my days off are suppose to change back to Sunday Monday in another week or so. If not maybe I can still make it but working 3rd shift it gets hard.
