Lap Band on 08/15/08

It was okay...very small this time. Just wasn't the same!!! Very quiet. Definately need to liven the general meeting up!!! I got there about 10 minutes late, so missed most of the intros. There were only 5 of us in the lap band meeting.

Well our little meeting was for lapbands, but Jeff meets with anyone else who stayed. It is the "getting back on track" meeting!! But I think they talk about other things. It was just really quiet last night.
