November exercise challenge Lets get out there an MOVE

Okay, I have updated the ones that have submitted....How about everyone else...lets get out and MOVE this month.

i'm in for the month, but i will have to start with a conservative goal, i had the gallbladder out , but they ended up opening me up. so my recovery is longer and more painful

so i'm going to start with 800 minutes and go from there
