thanks Lisa. I decided to put it out there, because nothing I was doing was helping....and it was getting rather painful!! This is the only place that I feel comfortable talking about this stuff. LOL

Hey Martha,
Yes I take them. I use the walmart brand and they go down fine. I take two before bed, sometimes I'll split them up as I always wake halfway through the night. If I do then I'll take 1 softner and 1/2 iron pill before bed and the other set (1 softner & 1/2 iron) when I get up for a drink or to go to the bathroom. I haven't had any problems taking them and both Nancy and Dr Gens know I take them.
