I sure hope I can do it. But today's crappy out, so probably no walk at lunchtime. I work in the Hampshire Plaza (20 stories), so I'm thinking I'll just do the stairs and walk around the inside of the building at lunchtime. Doing 20 flights of stairs will probably kick my butt - good! As for the pulled muscle, it's still there. It's a little better, but it screams at me when I start walking. After a few minutes, it calms down, though. Thanks for asking.
Otherwise, I am great. Saw my doctors at Tufts last Thursday and got all great comments. I do have to start on Vitamin B-12 now though because I've had some numbness in one of my feet, but otherwise, all is good. I don't have to lose anymore weight. I still can't wrap my mind around that thought. I even saw the plastic surgeon down there. I guess I'm a candidate for a lower body lift. I was hoping I'd just need a tummy tuck, but he says I need to go all around to get the best results. So that's what I'll do, and I'm going to get my arms done too. I have another consult next week here in Manchester, so I'll see what he says and then make my decision. I think I want to have it done right after the holidays so that I can be in a bikini when I go to Jamaica in March - lol!

Today is yucky...I was hoping to go to the gym at lunch, but that does not seem like it is going to happen!!! That is so great that you have reached your goal. That just sounds so good, not having to loose any more weight. I cannot wait to be able to say those words. We had a plastic surgeon speak at our support group meeting last night. Very interesting. Very expensive!! I will definately be looking at a breast lift/reduction, if insurance will cover. Time will tell...I am a long way from that. Good luck with your appointment....let us know how it is.
and it will be bikini time in Jamaica mon!!!!!!
