How did your appointment go Crystal? 

The appointment with Dr. Wagner went well, I will be seeing him again for a little while....  Jacquie said that it sounds like I need a fill, and that last time she saw me, she thought I might be going downhill...  She gave me some new ideas, or rather had me come up with new ideas for snacks on the go, and for food on the go... as I am in school on Mondays and Thursdays.  Thursdays are tough... I get up at 6, have school from 8-3 with an hr break at 11, then right to work from 4-12:30.  Not much time to eat anything warm...  But she let Nancy know about the fill, I am just waiting to hear from her.  If I don't hear anything by Thursday, I will get ahold of them.  (Nancy and Dr. Gens).  I hope I can go next Friday (14th) because I have to go down that way anyhow.  Thanks for checking up on me!  I will try to get in contact more often.

Oh I am so happy that you are following through.  I think it is great that you are seeing Dr. Wagner.  I thought you would need a fill also, just by what you were saying.  Have you had one yet?  I think I am finally in need of one, because I can eat just about anything with no restriction.  I am still loosing, but it is harder.  But anyway, let me know how things are going, and remember, we are all here for you!!

I have had one.  It was a small one .5cc.    It sounds like you need one as well...  It isn't bad.  Thanks!
