So when can we start light exercise lifting?
I feel so pathetic not being able to do anything. Of course if I do too much bending it hurts. And I haven't lifted anything hardly.
Going to go back to work 1/2 time next week I think. Try it at least. Still feel a bit off when driving but I just need to do it more.
Going to the wound care center once a week to see Dr. Paciulli and have the people there work their magic. Stupid thing is somehow deeper (than originally thought) and not really healing from the bottom up. So that is slowing me down and sapping my energy. Stupid healing.
Hope everyone is well, awful quiet lately!

Hi Jenn,
Hang in there. You're still healing. You had a rough recovery. You know not to over do it. Everything will come back with time. I know for me (I had NO complications), it took a good 6 weeks before I felt "myself." Even now I get tired and need a nap.
Good luck at work next week. But remember to take care of yourself first.

Hi Jenn,
Gosh you have had a tough time..even before your surgery. It's good to see you are well on your way in your recovery. When you go back to work take it easy. You've come to far to have a set back. I am 41/2 months out and started stregnth training 8 weeks ago. I too was very lucky and have had no complications. Listen to your body it will tell you when you are ready. It will also tell you when it's tired and need to rest :)
Good luck next week. Enjoy the weekend.
Why has it been so quiet around here???
