QOTD: What is your biggest pet peeve about the political ads being shown?

My biggest pet peeve is when the politian continues to do "attack ads" instead of telling me what they are going to do.  Stop picking on each other, and focus on the people!!!

Yep, the attack ads.  They just get worse and more frequent.

Besides the attack ads, I hate that the ads are just misleading as to the facts.  Makes me angry that they think we are gullible (or maybe they think we're stupid) enough to believe what they say in those little 30 second spots. 

I actually am probably one of the few that DOES NOT MIND the attack ads.  Let's face it Obama and McCain are not going to come out and tell me their BAD SIDE!  I need to know who is hanging out with terrorists, who fired someone for personal reasons etc.  Those speak directly about character to me---so it does help me form a rounded decision.

What bugs me is absolutely the misleading factual information.  Did Obama vote to increase taxes 94 time or not?  How can I trust this if it comes out of the oppositions camp.  I found this the most frustrating with the debates too.  "You voted against this, I voted for this", "No I didn't", "Yes you did"...UGH.

I know everyone is all tied up in the economy---but for me, right now, with the way the world is---it is about national security and who do you want to be in control of our armed forces?  The world if volitile and the next president has his hands full.  There is no 'economy' if we are not safe.  You can just guess who I am going for at this point in time.....
