October Exercise Challenge
Okay, so it is week one. I know it was a short one, but let's see how everyone did. Please let me know your total, so I can add it to the list. I really stepped it up. I did 285 for the week.

Um (hanging head in shame), I didn't do any scheduled exercise last week. I was finishing up painting trim in our house that we just remodeled. My count is zero.
BUT, today is a new day and I joined Jazzercise (again) and went at 9:30-10:30 and my hr monitor said I burned 738 calories in 1 hour! I was getting SO sick of walking. I need variety and Jazzercise is just the thing for me! I've been doing it on & off since 1989 and I even became an instructor in 1992 for 1 year until I got pregnant with my 1st child. SO, my plan is to go 4 days a week (skipping Tuesday as I volunteer in my son's class and will make it my errand day.)
