Yes I did!!! I can't tell you how wonderful I feel. It's been a very long time since my weight started with a 1. I'm working very hard at becoming healthy and it's great to see it working.

Congratulations Rosemary. All your work is really paying off!! Now on to the next goal. I hope to join you in onderland soon. My last weigh in w as on the 25th and I was down another 10 pounds. I'm down to 212, I don't own a scale so I either will weigh myself at work or wait for my next appt. Next appt isn't until 10/30, so I'll check it at work in a week or two.
