Hi Rosemary
I'm great.  We just had such a nice day.  Both of our daughters and their boyfriends (one a soon-to-be-son-in-law) came over for dinner and to  watch the Miami-Pats game.  Mind you, my DH is a Miami fan, so it was sweet for him - as they finally won one!  I cooked a ham shoulder with potatoes & carrots and a salad on the side.  There aren't any leftovers!  It was just a nice day with the family.  I love days like this . . .

It's been a nice weekend here too.  We went to the SEE Science Center in Manchester today, which is always fun.  And chicken breast is on sale at Hannaford's this week, so I stocked up and filled my freezer!

I also took another bag of fat clothes up to the goodwill store.  I am going to have SO much fun this spring and summer shopping for smaller clothes.  :)

 We've had a nice but very busy weekend. We spent it at my daughters. My step son came home from North Carolina for the weekend. We were all together on saturday. Today was so beautiful. I made beef stew for everyone. I didn't have any but they all said it was good. Nicole needs to take it very easy so I'm trying to help her out as much as possible. She had another ultasound last Wednesday and they are 100% sure it's a girl. Today we put together goodie bags for Nate's birthday party on the 5th. I haven't done that in years :)
Roxanne I won't be at the meeting tomorrow night. I have an early morning cardiologist appt. in Manchester so it will be a very long day. How's your new granddaughter?

Um, busy.  And very tierd.  Friday was taking the family to our first high school varisity football game.  My son is a freshman this year and just starting dating a girl in the band, so he wanted to go to meet her parents, etc.  We lost 0-35.  Ouch! 

Saturday was cooking class for the girls and I in the morning, we take a kids cooking class at a local culinary academy, which is always intersting.  They made three types of Mousses - chocolate, bavarian creme and strawberry.  So I didn't eat any but I helped melt gelatin and run the mixer and stuff for them when they asked me.  Then off apple picking at a farm right near my house, then we celebrated my eldest daughter's 12th birthday with a special family dinner - and instead of cake she served the mousse parfaits she made that morning! Nice!  We had a late night of Rumikub and let her stay up way past her bedtime.

Sunday was church, followed with yet another trip to the fair where I saw my first every demolition derby.  We saw the circus, exhibit halls, and I even had the sense to pack a smart lunch for myself.  I had a protein bar for lunch and a late afternoon snack of strawberries with homemade dip - greek yogurt, light cream cheese and sugar free vanilla syrup.  Very yum!  Then home, watched half Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with the little kids (the big kids were at church youth group) and then finally got some downtime for myself around 8pm. 

I've talked to my mom on the phone, e-mailed some friends, posted my new pics from today on facebook, and done a bunch of laundry for the kids to be ready for school tommorrow.  It's almost midnight and almost my bedtime.  Anything I didn't get done today will just have to wait till tommorrow!  And yes, all my weekend are like this.  Heck, some of my weekdays are even like this.

Hi, I also had a very busy weekend.  I met with a friend of mine Friday, to start as a partylite candle consultant....Not sure what I am getting myself in for, but I love the product, so we will see.  I had my grandson friday night and Saturday night.  Spent the day Saturday playing playdoo (haven't done that in years) and baseball, basket ball, swinging on the swings.  I actually fit in a swing!!!!!  Then Sunday my daughter, son-in-law, grandson, and Hubby all went to the Rye Lions Car Show.  We were showing 5 cars, two or "ours" which are actually a customers, but he has no place to store them, so we get them, but get to drive them and show them.  There were three other cars of customers.  We took a first, second and third.  My car did not place.  It was in a huge class up against some really nice cars that most people love.  Mine was a yellow 1968 Olds 442, so it was not as appealing!!  We finally left there at about 3:30, and drove home.  My grandson was so excited because he got to hold the first place trophy and have his picture taken!  It was such a relaxing evening, watching a movie, and just vegging.  We were all tired!!  What a beautiful day though.  I probably did not make the best choices for food this weekend, but I tried.  Brought food with me everywhere!!!!
