Online?  In a store?

Looking at getting some chewable multi's and also some sublingual and/or liquid b vitamins.  Looked online at vitamin shoppe - any place in NH or online people use specifically?

Thanks!

Honestly, I go down the street to the Rite-Aid and buy their brand of multis:  One Daily.  They're not chewable or liquid, but they have everything that I need, they're small, they never bothered my pouch, and they're cheap!

I use Centrum multi's (they do have them chewable) I take the regular multi's as I am almost 5 yrs out. I have taken them since 6 months out.

I get my B12 sublingual at Trader Joe's nice and small they melt away fast (in about 30 seconds or less) I take one of those a week (1000mcg)

Hope this helps...

Hi, I use the Centrum chewables also.  I also take the Viactive calcium.  I get both at walmart.

The only problem with the Centrum Chewables is that they don't have any iron in them.  We were advised not to take them because of that by Tufts.

Thanks, everyone I appreciate it!  I didn't seem to think I could take 'regular' pills like that again, but I suppose it won't matter too much the farther away from surgery I get.

I use Bariatric Advantage online.  If you sign up for automatic reorders, shipping is free.  I tried chewable calcium citrate and found the cinnamon okay, the mint awful and the order of the mix in crystals are in route right now, so in a couple days I'll be able to give you a review on them.  Their multivit in orange is great, the sublingual B12 is just what you'd want - mild taste and effective, melts in the cheek or under the tounge in about five minutes, and I take the iron which is downright yummy.  So, that's my vitamen review in short.  I use all chewables and they are kinda expensive, but they work well for me.  This Thursday I go in for the six month checkup and with that I'll have some labs drawn.  So I'll let you guys know how they come back and if this vitamen regimen is working for me or if I need to make changes.

Lord, give me stregth and when I lack it, patience.

I use the Centrum Chewables, and get my b-12 bilinguals at Walmart.  For when i needed to take iron i was taking it Vitron-C which I got at Rite-Aid.
