I got picked up
Well, I knew that title would make you guys read this!
I thought my biggest wow moment was when my kids got their arms around me or when me and my 7 year old could sit in the chair and a half and our butts didn't overlap. But last weekend, my very strong 11 year old daughter PICKED ME UP. As in, off the floor. We did it again when my husband got home just so he could see. I'll try to get a picture this weekend. I still weigh about 25lbs more than her and I'm about a half a foot taller, but OMG - she can PICK ME UP!!!!!

I had a similar moment this summer. My two daughters picked me up, carried me about 50 feet across the yard and threw me in the lake! I tried to stop them, but I couldn't do it. It's been years since someone tried to pick me up, let alone carry me for any distance and then throw me!!!!!

Yup, yup, yup. Three miles most days. I try for five days a week but I rarely quite make it. Usually I miss a day here or there. I do weights about three days a week. I've found I feel better on days I do my planned work out and when I do blow it off or if I have something else I have to do, I just don't relax as well at the end of the night.
