I broke the 230's!
I can't believe how fast I am losing weight without much effort! My highest weight was 279.8. Surgery day I was 252.4 and today (just 1 day shy of 1 month out) I'm 229.6! I feel great, however, I get tired and I usually have to nap. I walk just under 3 miles a day, 4-5 days a week. I am rarely hungry, but I do eat small portions 3 times a day. I'm going to SC next Thurs. and am anxious to fit in an airplane seat without almost not fitting into the seatbelt. Wow!
