Hi Everyone:

Just letting you know that I made it home okay1  My surgery went very well with no complications.  I am sore but it is bearable.  With all the fluids in the hospital I only put on 3 pounds so I am happy.  Once that goes away it should finally start going down for good.

Going to take a anp for the moment and get some rest.

Will check in later.

Thanks for everyone's supprt and good wishes

Great news Dianne.  Remember not to do too much even though you may feel like it.  Be well, and welcome to the loser side.!!!

Congratulations!  Glad you're doing ok.  Please remember to get your fluids in.  I wound up in the ER three days after I came home because the fluids were "just so hard to do".  Gee, they suddenly were much more "doable" once I had to sit with a needle in my arm getting the fluid I missed!

Welcome to the Loser's Bench!

Well done, Diane!  The hardest part is behind you.  Rest and do just as you should and every day should get a wee bit better.  Treading

Hi everyone:

Thanks again for the support!  I am patiently waiting for the time to take my pain meds so that I can go to bed.

I am trying to get in my fluids - today was 4 oz CIB breakfast 4 oz CIB lunch and 6 oz supper - a SF popsicle and 10 oz water.  It certainly isn't 64 oz but I will do better tomorrow.  I also had appr 10 oz water at the hospital before I left and I was still hooked up to the IV.  Tomorrow will be a different day - all of it has to go thru my mouth!

Well, it is time and I am ready

Good night everyone and have a wonderful day tomorrow!
