I did all my walks this week. Five days, twice a day, 200 minutes. One walk each on Sat and Sun for another 40 minutes. Total this week is 240 minutes.

Hi. I would like to join you all if you don't mind. I walk M-F for 45mins. which would be 225mins. per week and 900mins. per month. Today I actually did 53mins.

Hi everyone! I'm out on the west coast on vacation and I have a minute of internet to check in.

Put me down for 300 for last week.
This week will be a lot more with all the walking we are doing out here... today touring vinyards on the way to the oregon coast - oh and the casino! How many calories do you burn playing poker and blackjack???????
