Well, I am new to exercise.....so this is goal for the MONTH right?
Lets see---I am no where near where 'you all' are.
I am thinking 15 minutes on the bike, four days a week.....60 minuets x 4 weeks
Wow....only 240 minutes.
Christmas.....I guess that is my goal for Sept. I will need to step it up to get to where you girls are!

Wellll, not sure I made the 800 minutes this week, but maybe close. I actually got to go to the gym twice this week, for 45 minutes each time. Friday, I raked, weeded, and trimmed our bushes for over 3 hours, then I started to clean my daughter's old room, and my grandson's room. I continued on Saturday, and then Sunday I went grocery shopping, and finished my grandson's room, so between cleaning, landscaping, and gym, I probably came close. The coolest thing was I was not tired or sore, and I could keep going all day.
