Read post on Lap Band Forum on Wii fit.

I thought the post was interesting.  Has anyone here tried the Wii Fit?  It sounds like a terrific way of getting your exercise in without having to pay the high prices for a gym membership, and the gas to get there. 

I love my Wii Fit.  I don't get to use it very often though. 

Thanks.  I thought I would set it up in the den or bedroom, that way it is not in the way, and I could use it anytime I wanted.  Is it user friendly?  I haven't had a video game console since the original nintendo!!

My husband set it up, but I don't think it was that difficult.

For the wii fit, you need to set it up in a place where you have some room to move round.
