I'm home
Hi everyone,
Just wanted to check in. Surgery went great on Tuesday, and i got home this afternoon. Having quite a bit of pain today, but the Percocet are working for the most part. Just drinking water, and had a bit of jello, and some broth. Wow....64ozs....seems impossible. I guess just sipping all day is the only way to do it. I start on Stage 3 (thats what my program calls it) tomorrow. I'm a little nervous...hopefully it goes ok. Thanks again to all of you for your support. I'm sure i'll be looking for it through my journey. I'm gonna work on posting a picture, and a weight ticker....its gonna be going down down down now as i join those of you on the other side :)
Kristene :)

Welcome Home, Kristene,
It's a relief to know you've landed safely. Phew! the hardest part is behind you now. Rest and sip and take those pain meds. Oh, and here is a tip learned the hard way - take your pain meds 20-30 minutes before a walk. Exercise and be active during that first 1.5 hours when the pain is well controlled. Anywho, so good to have you back. Congrats. Treading
