9/4 QOTD: What is the nicest thing someone's done for you lately?

We snowmobile in Pittsburg, Errol and Colebrook, so I have had the thrill of seeing hundreds of moose, some way too close for comfort.  I have even seen two bulls with a big racks, but that was years ago.  I do have three moose antlers that we picked up on the trail, one is very large.  If you really want to see moose, go to Pittsburg for the weekend, and head up Route 3, which is Moose Alley.  You will definately see some.

WOW what bad luck.  We were there in June and saw 13 moose the first day, and another 9 the second.  We even saw a bull.

We even went to Yellowstone Park for a few days and didn't see one there either.  It's really kind of laughable because I really really want to see one.

Wow!!  I've never seen a moose.  I've never been that far north though.  I'll add it to my list of places to go.  :)

My former coworker was attending a baby shower in Manchester a few years ago when a moose walked down the street and caused all sorts of commotion.  I wonder if it was the same incident!

Last week, I had two different friends who offered to babysit my son for the day while I worked.  It meant a lot to me because they each have two kids of their own to keep track of.

I used to love that when people would do that for me.  Now I can return the favor by helping out my daughter from time to time.

Kathy, don't be too hard on yourself. You recognize what happened and that alone I'm sure is a huge change from the past. We are human and will make mistakes. That actually is one of my biggest fears because everytime I have slipped in the past I never got back on track. This time though with the help of all of you I will be able to.

I've seen one moose since I've been living in Wakefield. It crossed right in front of us on Route 16. He was huge!!!

Someone was very kind to me this morning. I've been dealing with an issue with my youngest daughter and I had a very upsetting day yesterday. This morning when I came to work my assistant told me she had a bad dream last night - she drempt that I retired and no longer worked here. She said she woke up in tears - actually got teary in my office. She said she knew I was upset yesterday and there was nothing she could do to help me and she felt terrible. She said that she loved coming to work and spending her day with me and hopes that I work for a very long time:) It was very sweet.

Her empathy for your situation was sweet!  She sounds like a great assistant to have.
