First check up

Hi everyone, I had my first check up after last week's surgery.  Everything seems to be going well.  I have a new weight 227.4 pounds, that's down from the 236.3 pounds on my surgery date.  I have another appointment next week, Thursday again.  I am doing well, managing to get a lot of things done before I go back to work on the 9/21.

Glad to hear your doing well.  I just got home today, doesn't feel that i will be up to getting alot of things done, hope i am feeling that way soon.  Take care, and keep up the good work.

Suoper, Jaimbry.  That's a nice weight loss considering so many gain so much water wt in hospital.  And what a bonus to be feeling well enough to want to do....anything!  Thanks for the update.  Treading

Good for you - - just don't overdo it.  Pamper yourself while you can.  But I'm so happy to hear that you are doing well and have energy.  I didn't have any motivation for the first couple of weeks after my surgery, so it sounds like you're ahead of the game already!
