30 mins walking 4 days a week

I'm meeting my trainer on September 8th and for all I know that's on the low side but this is the first time I've ever set an exercise goal for myself! Well publicly anyway

I am training for a physical agility test so my week looks like this

2 mile run alternating circuit days (5 days a week) 25 Mins including cool down and warm up
Cardio weight training curcuit (3 Days a week) 45 mins each

So roughly 260 mins a week (not including other stuff like hiking)
260 X 4 Weeks  = 1040 for the month...

I started my week two days early so Im already at 140mins this week.

I go on vacation next monday Ill be hiking at mount hood and touring vinyards and other fun stuff on the west coast, so Im sure Ill have lots of minutes next week too.

I try to do something 5 days a week for an hour each time.  So that's 5 hours a week x 4 weeks = 20 hours, or 1200 minutes.  That will be my goal.  If I continue walking into work a couple of times a week like I've been doing, then I should surpass that, but I never know what the weather will bring, so I can't plan on the walk to work in advance.

Okay, I am going to accept the challenge!!!

My goal:

    Walking - elliptical - bike  30 mins a day for 4 days a week = 480
Strength training:  as much as I can (I am still on weight restrictions)  20 mins a day for 4 days a week = 320.

So total is 800.

Starting today!!!!

OK I'll play.  I'm only a week out from surgery, but I'm hoping to keep up my goal.

My goal is (2) twenty minute walks six days a week.
Each week totals 240 minutes.
Four weeks should be 960 minutes.

I'm hoping the mroe I heal the more I'll be able to exercise.

Exercise to date:
9/1 40 minutes
9/2 20 minutes
