Hey C,
Wow, I really enjoyed your update and the pics. Your DH and DS are both very handsome - lucky you! I agree that so much of all the literature is geared to the RNY. But the CDs are right there for you - geared to the Band. Are you using the CDs? I am. I usually do 3 nights a week. My days are pretty well packed, too. Like you, I am really concerned about meal planning and preparation because I tend to overeat when I get overbusy. I typically do the entire week's cooking on the weekend. I use my crockpots and I make 2 dishes for DH and sometimes one for me. I will heat on weeknights but I won't chop and I won't bake. I don't have time to, frankly. Do you have the WLS for Dummies book? There are weekly menus and I have photocopied some and put in my substitutes (out with cottage cheese and in with LF cheddar, say). On my To Do List is to get set up on Fitday or one of the others. You can make your own menu for a week and print it out. Anyway, I was glad to see in your blog that you are feeling well. You're doing a great job on the forum for us. We'll sure miss you when you go back to work! Treading

Wow, what a wonderful family. Your son is so cute! I am so happy you decided to get healthy for you and him. You are looking good, and keep up the good work. I am glad you posted on your blog about too much protein. That is a huge help. I am just sorry you had to learn the hard way!! Keep up the good work.
