Your best bet is to just contact the doctors offices that do lap band directly and see if they take on patients in your situation.  Where in NH are you?

Iv'e already did that ,dr,goulds office is waiting  for some type of permit ,then his office will call if they decide to take on new people or do fills, on people that didn't have the lap band here .in ,nh. thank,you    michelle                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    oh i'm from southern nh

Call the surgeon who did your surgery elsewhere, and ask him to refer you to someone here.  They belong to different medical organizations and have connections all over the place.

I think the Obesity Treatment Center in Manchester  will -- I remember some woman having her surgery in Boston will have Dr Finachioro (SP!) do hers I believe.
