Although I love watching them all, if I have to choose, I'd  say track & field for summer and luge/bobsled for winter.

In the summer, I love the gymnastics (both men's and women's) and the swimming and diving.  In the winter, I like to watch figure skating.  Those athletes are just so amazing!

Swimming.  But I never watch any of it at all.  I never think to and I usually am swimming in my own pool so I figure that's a better use of my time.
